The Colosseum Hotel car park is free of charge for hotel guests during their stay at the hotel (from 08:00 on the day of arrival until 18:00 on the day of departure), but must be pre-registered.
During registration, the guest's name and vehicle number will be recorded. Use of the car park is subject to availability, pre-registration does not guarantee availability.
230 Volt / 16 Ampere socket for electric vehicles, mains charging available. Please vacate the charging station and make it available to other guests after charging.
After stopping the vehicle, the vehicle must be inspected in accordance with Decree 1/1975 on road traffic regulations. (II. 15.) KPM-BM joint decree (“KRESZ”), so the vehicle must be stopped, the parking brake applied and the vehicle locked or otherwise protected. The maximum permitted speed is 15 km / h.
The parking regulations apply from passing through the gate line. Please pay special attention to the right-hand rule, starting and reversing rules!
Upon entering the car park, the Hotel shall, in accordance with data protection legislation, provide the necessary certification and proof within the scope of operation, or performs data recording for security purposes. A photograph and video recording of the vehicle will be made, which may include the occupants of the vehicle. The operator will use the recordings only within the scope of operation of the car park, they will be destroyed 30 days after the termination of the legal relationship. The recordings are issued by the operator only upon official request specified by law, for official use.
The operator does not inspect the property placed in or left in the passenger and luggage compartment of the vehicle, nor is data collected on them, so liability for these is excluded. The Hotel shall not be liable for any property left in the passenger and luggage compartments of the vehicle, in particular audio, video or telecommunications and navigation equipment.
The Operator undertakes only to make the space required for parking the vehicle available to the Guests in a usable condition. The responsibility of the operator extends to the preservation of the vehicle in view of the specific features of the open car park.
The operator is not responsible for any contamination of the vehicle during outdoor storage or for any damage caused by weather (eg storm, ice).

The Colosseum Hotel is not liable for damages caused by third parties. The operator excludes all liability for damages in cases of force majeure not covered by insurance and for the consequences of official regulations.
Live animals, substances that pose a risk to public health, chemicals, explosives, or any other object that is prohibited by law may not be stored in the vehicle. If this is suspected, the operator shall notify the authority and proceed in accordance with the authority's instructions.
